And a vast variety of dairy products is available. Hundreds of production recipes need to be managed. Modifications may only be carried out by authorised persons; older versions of recipes must be archived so that they can be accessed any time.
And what’s more: fresh milk is required every day – production must therefore never stop. Supervisory control system and control system must be upgraded, configured and extended during ongoing production.
